“The worst feeling in the world is not being able to recover the money you have Work hard to earn so diligently. When I went to take my money out, something went wrong. i am unable to withdraw which infuriated me. I learned about ((M A D A C O V I. C O) from someone. I'm glad that with MADADACOVI. CO assistance, my money have been recovered.”

“I have not had access to any of my founds for 2 weeks they won't even let my direct debt go out and to make the matter worse they don't even want to communicate evey time i ring they say they cant discuss my bank! Then who can is the question anybody who is using this service needs to be aware of what they will do I banked with them 1 years no issues now all based of a pack if lies they frozen my account with my money return the money that i had received and the scammer got the goods he paid for and his money back with this scam bank card money i give them the tracking number its now been delivered. I would never ever recommend this so called bank that's being promoted FROM ISRAEL. I Can't wait to get what's mine back and tell these dirty dogs to go to hell where they belong. Go on YouTube and look where the adverts posts for card one money are being hosted from.”

“One of the worst banks ever, I beg you do not go with car one money. I have literally just opened up account had money coming in from the jobs that we carried out and they have blocked my account no access to my funds. They needed all sort of evidence which I supplied them with, such as Bank stamens, invoices, receipts etc. it’s been going for more than 2 weeks I have told them I have wages to pay and that they have everything they need and they still left me like that even if I threatened them with legal action still nothing. I eventually had to stop my business and all my employees quit as they didn’t receive there money in time.”

“I have the one card though my work place. No fees and early pay but terrible customer service. Altogether they have taken over 100.00 by refusing to refund my money because I was hacked. They contacted me by text to ask if I was hacked. I replied no didn't authorize the purchase. Froze card. Also they round up your purchases and put money in savings automatically. I transferred my money to my checking account then afterwards the money from savings disappeared. Bad Bad customer service.”

“NEVER USE CARD ONE MONEY! They are scammers of slimiest, most soulless variety you will find! Open an account only for them to close it 10 days later! AND NOT EVEN TELL YOU WHY! They are liars who will steal your money and not care. Their office workers are like robots, with no care or remorse. If you value your money and time, go ANYWHERE else! Unbelieveable!!”

“Using the app is useless really.... I recently lost my card and tried to cancel it via the app but never got confirmation it was cancelled so had to phone up to make sure at premium rate might add. Then to order my new card I had to spend 23 minutes on hold at premium rate once more to order the replacement. I recieve my card today so tried to activate it, I do all the steps and at the final hurdle it says sorry I didn't quite get that and it puts me through to customer services of which are closed on weekends so I still have no use of card and once again have to call the customer service on Monday at premium rate, all in all a very poor service and going to change my bank”

“I have been with Card one Money, about 5 years, I have had no problems in that time, all my bills and direct debits, are all paid on time, if there is not enough in my account to pay bills, they always let me know. I can only praise Card One Money, and hope others who have had problems, that they are sorted out.”

“Had my account for about 2 months happily payed the fees it's been excellent for me until I received a payment from a friend and they blocked access to my card out of the blue money still in the account I can't have it unless I show proof of payment.like this is just rediculous and very inconvenient I'm just glad I didn't have my wages put in there!!”
