Shipping was way to high for the size of the order and this will have a bearing on future orders The shortages were correctly promptly. Thank you for the prompt correction to the order shortage. I went ahead and reviewed your order. This was a customer placed order on our online portal. What the customer types in is what prints on the checks. They go straight from our portal to print. We do understand that mistakes happen, and we offered to reprint the checks free of charge, however when the mistake is made on the customers' end, we do ask that you pay shipping and handling. It looks like you declined our offer. We're very sorry for your experience.
