“The carbon copy was perforated, customer service replaced them and confirmed they should be perforated. Replacement order was not perforated. Very difficult to remove the carbon fro book, ragged tears interfere with removing subsequent checks”

I reviewed your order and do see that we left special instructions for the perforations to be examined before being sent out. Your review states that you are having trouble removing the carbon copy from the booklet. The carbon copy is meant to stay in the booklet to keep them all organized and in order for you.
