“Quick, easy, reliable. I just switched from Vistaprint because I was having an issue with trying to reorder from Vistaprint and no one could or would help me. Frustrated, I just started from scratch with Carousel and no reason to look back.”
“I've been calling your customer service all day and left 4 messages with no response. You responded to me about my order that I did not receive telling me to call the 708-613-2452. Well I did call and your customer service sucks.
I placed an order on May 23rd and you said it was delivered on June 4th, we'll it wasn't and that means there are 200 checks out the with my bank information on them. When I orderedfrom you I had 25 checks left , its now July 7th and I am all out of checks. This is a piss poor way of doing business, telling someone to customer service and not answer the phone and not return calls. Either sending me my checks OVERNIGHT or return my money. There are plenty of check company's out , believe me I know because I vetted them all before choosing your company. Obviously I made a poor choice!!”
