Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your duplicates. We use a new form of technology, rather than the old type of carbon copy. We recommend putting something sturdy (like a piece of cardboard) underneath the check and duplicate you are using at the time and push with heavy force. This should help.
