Carphone warehouse You are thieves! You have stolen my money. Geeksquad Insurence was given to me when I upgraded which as I understood it was suppose to be free for one month and I've been charged! I've rung, and e-mailed and I'm still waiting. With all the pounds you used to charge people and never put back into there accounts is unbelievable and that was told to me by your own staff! You should be ashamed!

Wanted to buy a phone for my son. Website price £130 shop price £180!!! When asked he checked his computer and went oh yes it is £130! Then told another £10 or £15 for a sim card. Fine no problem then told but we can do it cheaper if you have an O2 or Virgin Sim card?? Told them EE had it for £130 and i could get sim card from them then he went on to say EE service was no good for where i stayed. One question then Carphone Warehouse why then do you sell EE!!!!

Bought a HTC one m9, on contract with a £100 upfront cost... At the time of buying I was put off by the fact that the store only had gun metal grey and the phone was almost identical to my previous phone the HTC one m8.. It was the sales assistant's assurance that If I got the phone I could exchange it no problem the the following Monday... I found out that not only did the shop assistant have only a fraction of the enthusiasm when dealing with me when I returned to exchange my phone but his assurance turned out to be bogus... I'm now stuck with a phone I don't want, and all the shop keeper could give was a shrug and half hearted sorry..( crouch end branch of c.p.w.h)

I bought a new Nokia Lumia from Glasgow silverburn got it home was worried about light finger prints on back of phone went to add my contacts well there was 16 numbers already stored checked over the phone internet history full of previous searches. Wasn't a new phone I got for my money it was second hand. Took shop 2 hrs to call me back and all they could say was sorry. Bloomin really bad going Carphone warehouse. People avoid they are rip offs.

Every time I enter their store for a purchase or upgrade you KNOW that their systems will fail. It is the worst high street experience !

My husband wanted to purchase LG Curve they have taken two lots of £500 making a £1000 in all from his card and are not sending the phone and now he has to wait 4 days to see if he can recover it what a bunch of thieving barstards. .

Went to felixstowe branch carphone warehouse with a problem with my mobile phone . Spoke to young staff member on May 26th am . He seems to have no interest in my problem would not even look at phone and push problem over to virgin supplier. Attitude and service appalling !!!!!! Went a few yards to Vodafone young lady identified and cured the problem in a few minutes with service with a smile. Perhaps something to take note of carphone warehouse !!!!

I purchased a samsung PAYG phone which arrived with the wrong charger. CPWH have been extremely bad in handling this. First they say the phone is discontinued so can't help, then they agreed to send a new charger, which never arrived, then they told me to buy a charger on eBay! Then they said I had to drive (60 mile round trip) to the nearest store to pick up a charger, (as they phone was discontinued, they couldn't say if there would be a charger available but still insisted this was the only way they could deal with it). eventually they offered a refund but I had to pay the postage back to them. They are a shambles. Do not ever deal with this hopeless company.

In the past, I've always had good service with CPW but when I ordered an iPhone 5s online using a smartsave100 coupon code offer they were showing on the website which worked upon purchase so I would not have to pay the upfront cost of £99.99. However I also had some issues as I put in an incorrect email address so I called their customer care number twice only for them to hang up on me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced or even the lack of. Not to mention, they had taken out the £99.99 from the bank account which they had said wouldn't happen as I had used the offer code. Went back to my local store and they said nothing could be done, I'm appalled. I thought I could trust them but apparently not.

Bought online an iPhone 6 at carephonewarehouse.com. Was called sim free, what is for me unlocked. Like the one at Apple - as it is the same price like at Apple. And I do not know why I bought it at carphonewarehouse.com. As my intention was purely to sue it abroad. But it cannot be used with foreign sim cards. And if one sim card was activated in the phone the provider cannot be changed any more. This info can be found some where in very small letters in the bottom of the page. But not linked to the description of the sim free phone above (e.g. through an asterisk). And as said - same price like really unlocked phone at Apple. So I would recommend - never buy at carphonewarehouse, but rather reliably at Apple. Customer service and answers to mails took days, also a nightmare.

Do not use this company! I ordered a new Nokia 635 which was delivered the next day with my 24 month contract Sim and still 1 week later my Sim has not been activated. They blame Vodafone yet when calling Vodafone myself its clear that no details have ever been passed to them Ever!! Don't use this bad Customer Service and rude staff company EVER!!

I was appalled by the customer service i encountered at your store Unit 1, 44 Winchester Circle Milton Keynes MK10 0BA. The Branch manager and a member of staff was quite rude when i went in to buy the samsung s6 edge sim free. On the ling run they refused to make in the sale which is in contrast to another shop 43 Silbury Arcade thecentre:mk MK9 3AG where the staff was courteous and i eventually got the product.

I purchased an iPhone 5S through a deal with O2 online via the carphone warehouse, but unfortunately a few weeks later it stopped working. However, I went back into the store and they exchanged it without any trouble. I was really grateful to them.

Carphone Warehouse have made a massive data protection breach on my account. Just phoned them and asked for the name of their Data Protection Officer. They did not have any idea who he was or indeed what he was. What a joke!

My son ordered an iphone 6 online, he was contacted by email the next day to say they required a £300 deposit. He called customer services and was told that as he was 17 they required the deposit. He said in that case he did not require the phone. The guy he spoke to said could he get someone else to get the contract in their name and he suggested me. The guy took my details and called me, we went through the whole sales pitch and agreed to the contract in my name and he also sold me a spare sim with £10 or airtime, cost to me £5 and an essentials extra pack of screen cover, phone case and car charger for £9.99 usual price £25.00. These 2 payments along with £14.99 delivery charge and 1p fraud check payment were all debited to my card and i was advised that the phone would be delivered the next day. I received several emails confirming my order and then one confirming delivery between 11:24 and 12:24. At 12:30 on the day of delivery when the phone had not been received I contacted the delivery company who advised me that CPW had recalled the parcel. I contacted them and they said that I had failed their internal security checks and would not be receiving the phone. I also would have to wait 3/5 days for the phone to be received back on their warehouse before I could have my money refunded even tough the phone had never been in my possession. Neither customer services nor the complaints department could tell me what checks I had failed and then said that to find out what information they held about me I would need to request in writing pay £10 and this still would not give the reason why I failed their internal security checks. I might add that I have lived at my address where the phone was to be delivered for 19 years, I have worked for a police force for the last 7 years and have had my bank account for 10 years and have previously been a customer of CPW as has my daughter.

Ordered my phone on a saturday, and was assured it would arrive on monday. I was PROMISED it would arrive on monday. I arrive in the store 2 days later it hasn't even left the warehouse. Not going here again, they need to pull their finger out and do their job...
