Order 2 items that I have paid online by credit card and they didn't delivery saying that was out-of-stock. Then I order again with pay by cash on delivery and after 1 hour the keto bars arrived and they requested to pay by cash what I refused because I already paid and they told me that was out-of-stock what was not true. The delivery man didn't want leave my door knocking my door constantly then security was involved and in the end I was so fed up with all the situation that I decided to pay again by cash just not having noise at my door. So paying twice for the 2 items by card and by cash. I am disgusted by the service of carrefour.”
“I purchase through carrefour application some items, the next day I received a WhatsApp Msg from driver asking me for location, and that happened each time I ordered, all carrefour drivers use only WhatsApp for asking location, may be because company do not offer balance to let them call customer instead. In that time I didn’t have WiFi and that very simply caused carrefour driver to cancel my order!!! I wasted time and money to order and driver very simply cancel the order!!!! And when I made complaint no one from specific team contact me. Carrefour UAE do not care about their customers at all. I decided to remove the application and stop buying carrefour items XX.”
