“I was trying to book directly with Europcar at Newquay airport ,but was unable to get through on the phone ( tried twice and NO response ) Also on line found complex to try and decipher choices for the insurance and booking generally Then saw the 121 site and found it far simpler, quicker and also no hidden extras Pleased with booking”

“It wasn't the first website I tried but it was the most user-friendly. I checked on one day and when I went to make the booking on the next day the search engine found alternative cheaper options - not sure how that works, but it worked in my favour”

“Amazing customer service - we had a flight delay of 33 hours meaning we couldn't collect our car. We contacted the company and they not only changed the booking details for us but also refunded some of our prepayment because we were now booking for a shorter period. Highly recommended. Great price and easy to book too.”
