“Paid £2k deposit just before Xmas, shook the managers hand and waited for my new car. They called me in the new year to say I couldn’t go with their preferred credit lenders and the deal would now be £70 per month more!! Ridiculous! I’m now waiting- 8 days and counting for them to return my £2k. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!”

“Don't let the fancy premises fool you. This place is more dodgy than any back street car sales garage. DO NOT pay a deposit until you have completely settled on the price & understand 100% what you will be paying in total. They are running a scam that even the credit card companies are aware of as they have had to refund so many through the Section 75 scheme. Nice clean place, clean attire etc. to disguise dirty sales practices. Both the credit card company & the regulatory body found in my favour but it was a long process (without reparation until the end) & neither Hyundai or Cars2 ever apologised or accepted their fault. That allows them to continue running the scam.
Best avoided, but if you do use them go forewarned - they really are scamming people with their deposit scheme.”
