i did not receive the items I ordered two out of three arrived and NO follow up from the company as to if and when the third item would arrive disappointing

I purchased your ladies cashmere, shorter length coat. The fabric itself was very light and felt soft, so soft it could have been used as a robe. The tailoring of the coat was extremely poor. The collar had no lining, etc. Overall, for the price tag, it was just not worth the money, My impression was it was made very cheaply, probably in China.

Bought as Christmas gift and never arrive til February. Said it would be there 2-3 days after Christmas. If I would have known they weren’t going to deliver until February we would not have purchased

I never received a confirmation or any way to track the order. I ordered it late November and didn't arrive until early January 2021. The robe we ordered is somewhat thin as well.

Saved up for a sweater. Single Mum. No child support. Was super excited. It arrived and was very thin. Immediately started to pill terribly. Am returning it. They say they will refund me. We will see. They sent a scarf as an apology but I wanted a good quality sweater, not a cheap scarf. Do not waste your time of money. This company doesn’t sell quality but charges for it anyway!

I ordered 3 shawls. The orders took forever to arrive and missed delivery in time for Christmas, even though I ordered well in advance. Once received, I was bummed that the quality wasn’t great. I kept one shawl to give as a gift b/c I was desperate but sent the others back. Then it took forever to process the returns and I was shorted for one shawl in my refund. I was only credited for half what I paid! Don’t buy anything from Cashmere Boutique. They suck. For the price, go to Nordstrom for great quality for your money & prompt delivery.

I ordered a scarf on 12/16 and have not seen it yet So disappointed. Charged my Credit card as well and the tracking said it was delivered. There is no one to talk to resolve this issue.

Purchased 10th December and still waiting as at January 2nd. Tracking stated was still in New York on Christmas Eve but now stating is in Japan. What the hell is it going via Japan for? I live in Australia!!

Received a robe as a Christmas gift. It was purchased more than 15 days before I opened it. It doesn’t fit, I don’t like the color, and I don’t like the fabric (was expecting a knit, not thin fabric). The store would not issue a refund, only an exchange: this is very unfortunate because they don’t carry my size and any of the 3 colors I would have chosen are unavailable and may not arrive for 4-8 weeks. Also, you cannot speak with a customer service rep: email only. I emailed back and forth for 2 days trying to get it sorted out. Then found out that I have to pay the shipping to exchange it for something I don’t really want! I would not recommend this business.

After some years being your customer and very satisfied with the merchandise i purchased But my recent purchase of a scarf and other items was a disappointment. The scarf was saturated with mildew spots. Unfortunately i discarded the bill before the items were examined and I could not return the scarf. Ellen
