The quality of the item, although not conforming with my order, was great. The customer service in dealing with my non-conforming order earns this vendor one star. I ordered the cashmere blanket set. This was a gift, so rather than take advantage of the free shipping, I paid $26 for two day shipping. The item arrived in two days as expected-but without the sleep mask. The solution seemed fairly easy (as mistakes happen)- I needed the vendor to overnight ship a mask. The vendor said they would not do that and offered (I) a $30 credit back or (ii) I could mail the incomplete set back to the vendor and they’d send a replacement. Clearly neither of these options would cure the non-conformance within the expedited shipping window, so I asked for the $30 to buy a mask from a vendor that would ship a mask overnight and a refund of the $26 expedited shipping cost I had paid for the incomplete blanket set. After all, FedEx did their job; the vendor just failed to send me what I ordered. They said ‘no’. In the end, I accepted the $30 credit back, had to pay the $26 for rush shipment for an incomplete order, bought a mask from another vendor for $52 and paid $37 to overnight ship the mask to me to present this as a gift on time. I’m a reasonable consumer. I can accept the accidents and errors in dealings with others, but when you make a mistake, a 5 star vendor remediates in a reasonable manner. Not this vendor on this occasion. One star.

Nobody should buy from this place it’s the worst material ever it’s more like flannel also they didn’t give me my complete refund saying the free gift with purchase was not in the box that I sent back just terrible quality and terrible costumer service not sure how there in business

I will, indeed , write to you. I find your customer service really really diffcult. and I seldom get someone to help me. Like right now: you offer $10 off for doing this survey (which I am doing) but I ordered twin sweater set in MEDIUM (Order #64145) same day as this offer....so will you apply the $10 to my $150 order?

The price of $150 was for a short 1 Hour Flash Sale. As clearly mentioned on our Flash Sale page, customers cannot use any other discount coupons, on top of the discounts being offered on this page.
After I unpacked the cashmere men's overcoat, I knew almost immediately I would need to return it. The quality was mediocre, and the styling of the coat was very old-manish. The return process was tedious and the credit back to my charge card took way too long. Avoid doing business with this vendor AT ALL COSTS!

I was extremely disappointed with the overcoat I ordered. The material was mediocre at best. And the styling was ancient. When I returned the coat for a refund, I had to contact customer service several times to expedite the transaction. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The new robe is much scratchier and less soft than the one I bought a few years ago. I have tried to find a return label and paper for it but cannot retrieve one or get an answer from Cashmere Boutique. If I have to keep this I will wear something else under it and at least hope it does not shed fibers all over the house and wear out fast like the first one.

My parcel is stuck somewhere in NJ awaiting shipment to me. When I complained I got a dismissive answer from Cashmereboutique saying they couldn't do anything about it I ordered at the end of June and here I sit hundreds lighter and no cashmere. Other on online people get here in a week and sometime two so never again with Cashmere boutique

I purchased a periwinkle topper which was lovely. It unfortunately was not a good style for me. So, I returned it and plan on ordering a periwinkle shawl. I loved the cashmere and will order it very soon. You have excellent customer service and I love cashmere!! Did I say that already :)

First of all, it took forever for the robe to arrive. Sadly upon arrival it did not fit me....WAY too big in every area, especially the shoulders. though I am not tall, I have a curvy figure and I knew from reading previous reviews that the Small doesn't really fit my size. I returned it, having to pay the shipping over two weeks ago. Still no work from the company, no credit either...but today I get an invitation to review the robe I bought. LOL....this company doesn't take care of the their customers. If my credit is not received in a week, I will report it to American Express, as i used that card to buy it. Ps. the robe is not fine soft...it feels like regular wool. I was totally disappointed on all levels with this company

I purchased a lounge set and a bathrobe that was on sale it was a one hour sale however I was not charge the sale price I was charged a regular price still trying to get my money from this company
