Very disappointed in the robe...the size is not correct. The robe is supposed to be full length but it is very short. I'm 5'3 and the robe falls just below my knees. I ordered a s/m and it fits like a jumbo large. I tried calling your phone # ...it rings once and then beeps and that is all. I have been looking at your robe for a long time and finally decided to treat myself to this expensive item....very disappointed. What are my options??

I ordered a package for my dying sister on December 5th. It’s well after Christmas and it’s still not here. She is getting brain radiation treatments and chemotherapy and the scarf hat and gloves would be perfect if they were here. What is wrong with you people?

Part of my order was cancelled without any communication whilst the remainder was sent. Sizes run very small on some styles whilst running large on others. I had ordered the same size for all the items I purchased. Tried to get a resolution from customer care for the canceled item but they were completely unhy

Well, I have contacted you at info@cashmereboutique.com and no, I did not have any customer satisfaction. Part 1 of the refund, via Amazon, has been credited to my account in full last week, including tax and delivery. In view of my complaint about the overall quality of the product compared to similarly priced items, Amazon had no hesitation in refunding the express delivery charge. I will be writing a review on their web site rating their service as excellent, although your product was not up to specification as advertised. Re Part 2 of the refund, due from Cashmere Boutique. 1. As of today no refund has been posted to my credit card. 2. I was charged $145.10 on 2nd February and the item was returned the week of 17th February with an acknowledgment from the company a few days later. 3. The notification proposes crediting me with $116.10. 4. This sum is totally unacceptable to me. Not only are you late with any refund, but you have also not refunded the 3-day express postage I paid for in good faith expecting a quality product to be delivered. Looking at your product on arrival, I don’t believe you could ever have sold any at $250 and so the sale price of $129 is questionable. The quality is rough by comparison to other cashmere sweaters for sale on the current marketplace for around the same price. The product I ultimately purchased, which is excellent is Mariyaab. In comparison, your product looks like it has been fluffed up during manufacture to make it look thicker than it really is, and considering the fluff on the surface it will pill dreadfully with wearing.

Your products are very nice - soft cashmere. However, you replaced the coat order I returned with specifically the WRONG coat on-purpose, claiming you were sorry i wasn't happy with it! What kind of a response is this? I had no intention of buying the coat that didn't have raglan sleeves that you sent me. And still - the original return (too small) I had to pay for the postage - almost $80.00. And when I returned this 2nd one way back in mid-November, it took till 16 December for you to refund my account. You treated me as if you were doing ME a favour rather than the other way around. Very disappointed - your site was the only place where I found a raglan sleeve cashmere coat, and I was sad not to have found the right size for me. But you never even offered to let me know when more would be in-stock. Very disappointed indeed.

I returned the long cashmere robe because it wasn’t quality, soft cashmere. It was a rough itchy cashmere and felt the cost was very expensive for the quality. I had ordered another item as well and they sent me a free scarf. I returned the robe and forgot to send back the scarf, a very light flimsy scarf and I was charged $50 because it wasn’t included in the return package, simply couldn’t remember where I put it because I knew I’d never use it, but a scarf I would NEVER pay $50 for, but that’s the customer service I received and by the way I also paid $17 to return the robe, no free returns offered by this company.
