I think I should discuss my needs in more detail the next time I review. My circumstances don't change much from year to year but there are matters such as home security, outside buildings etc that maybe I should raise.

The renewal policy was sent in plenty of time for me to confirm that it is the best deal I could find, building confidence and trust in your service.

They kept phoning me up trying to sell me other insurance products . Had to get rude with them after about 5 calls

The initial quote from go compare changed quite significantly when I went onto your web site. Although the cover provided meets my requirements and so I proceeded with the transaction. Some confusion with validating no claims bonus, I was asked to confirm by sending in my previous quote, which had to be returned within 14 days or the quote would be invalid, but then had a later e-mail that said that it had been verified independently. Which e-mail was correct ? I am happy to get all the background documentation by e-mail but I really think that the Insurance Certificate should be provided as a paper copy in the mail.

I am pleased the annual amount has not raised a lot. the small raise was probably because the tax increased

When I received a renewal letter I found a cheaper quote on a "compare" website. I then phoned & told your company but was told my renewal premium couldn't be changed. Fair enough - so I've switched to save money!!!
