“When we were arranging the motor insurance cover on the phone we received a lot of help and advice But we have not received any confirmation either by email or post that we are actually insured and under what terms. So we are a little disappointed”
“Its a shame that insurance companies cannot be honest when it comes to a renewal.
I received my renewal for the coming year for approx £195. I vitied a comparison site entered all the same details, and a rate came up with Castle Cover for approx £30. less than my renewal from them. Hence I went with the comparison site. If the company were honest in the first place, they would have immediately got my business, but this sort of behaviour by the company, depletes my opinion of them and their integrity, and could not have been good for them getting repeat business.”

“All fine except had to mess about getting no claims with address shown ,
the one I had e mailed showed car ,reg name and no claims but was not accepted which meant I had to ring previous insurance again which is very tedious”
