“Only one gripe that I wasn't informed that the product I had ordered was on back order. Apart from that the service was quick and price was the cheapest around”

“excellent packaging and delivery. unit beeps, not as loud as my antibark units, and squirts well. Our 7.5month working cocker bitch has come into her first season so exercise outside is on the lead. Will try unit on her when we are able to resume letting her run loose.”

“Free delivery arrived on time fitted screws were not big enough for my door but that didnt cause a problem so far so good service from provider spot on cant say about product yet its far too early. But provider excellent 5 star and best value I could find”

“Arrived quickly and fit easily into the same hole as the old cat flap of the same make. Early use by our cat was problematic. After programming the cats chip it sometimes took up to 10 seconds before the sensor picked up the presence of the cat. Other times it triggered straight away. Over a day or so the cat has got used to it and it seems to be working OK. Good to see next doors cat walking away the last two mornings because it can't get in!!”

“Helpful customer service as I wasn't sure which replacement flap I needed for a 10 year old cat flap. Prompt email reply with a photo saying "if your cat flap looks like this, you need a...". Initially, I thought ordering and despatch service very poor, until I discovered their emails had gone to my Spam folder! in fact it was pretty prompt! All fitted now and the wind has stopped blowing through the hole in the door.”
