“I have used this company before for spare parts for my Cat Mate products as well as complete products and will always go to them first as there service is second to none. This time it was for a spare motor for the drinking fountain. Order promptly dealt with arrived next day which was great. Product in good condition and perfect working order. “Fast delivery and happy with the product I ordered. It seems to be a well made sturdy cat flap but as I have yet to install it, I reserve judgement on exactly how well it performs in use. What I hope for is that it will be quiet which it does seem to be compared with other cat flaps I have tried. I also hope that it won't be too drafty but I can't comment on that yet. I shall update my review once it is installed.”

“Splendid service from CatFlaps. This is the 3rd cat flap I've had. They are ideal, but as they are serving 2 Jack Russels, Scampy and Chips, they have a limited life span. Not a fault of the product!”

“When the pump on our Drinkwell Platinum Fountain malfunctioned, we needed a replacement in a hurry (the cat's really love the fountain and it has been operating 24/7/365) for now nearly one-and-a-half years).
