“Instructions on how to use are quite confusing but the cat flap itself is great. There is no contact phone number in uk. Overall the company sent product quickly and well packed.”

“There was a delay in sending out my order due to lack of stock and it would have been useful to be informed of the delay. However, when I contacted CatFlaps I spoke to Matt he sorted everything out quickly and efficiently and the order was received within two days. So I am satisfied and would use CatFlaps again.”

“I looked everywhere for his replacement dog flap and finally found it here, the service was 10/10, arrived next day, you can't get better than that, only fault I have is I wish it came with screws and bolts!”

“Rang after cat flap was not delivered after 4 days and was told they were out of stock for 2 weeks. I was offered a refund but said I would wait, received email when cat door was dispatched. Very impressed with cat flap.”

“Needed a replacement cat flap ASAP as it was letting all the heat out the house, Found this site and ordered 2x spare replacements flaps... They were delivered quickly and fitted perfectly, no hassle from products nor website. Hopefully my cats will not break these new ones but if required, would happily buy again from catflaps.co.uk”
