“fortunately my previous cat flap purchase was one with a very similar cutout size, so the job was a comparatively easy. The overall frame size was similar to your 304W, so consequently I'm very pleased with the ensuing result. I must emphasise the aperture should be cut 'exactly' to the required size otherwise the external frame distorts, making the flap somewhat difficult to close properly. However I'm very pleased with the result. Thankyou for such a beautifully engineered facility, our cat has no problem gaining access or egress. Regards, John Pickett. “Having had one of these excellent cat flaps for the last 16 years or so, it was time to replace it with a new one. Needless to say, as the original one had given meritorious service I opted for an identical model. It duly arrived packed most securely, & will be fitted once the weather improves. Bearing in mind the very reasonable cost of these devices, plus their robust construction, I recommend anyone seeking such an item to try this brand as I cannot fault it.”

“For some reason the catflap doesn't close on entry or exit which is still allowing the stray cat to come in and pester my cat. The flap seems rather stiff and not 'flapping'.”

“I think that your overall service is excellent. The only difficulty was getting through to the pet department on the phone. It was never answered, BUT when after five attempts, I tried in desperation the other options like Sales or Accounts, everyone was very helpful in getting someone available to respond. And very well done Matt for his help and service.”

“Very difficult to programme, so far my cat has not not been able to use, either stays locked or continually flashes, cannot trust to leave unlocked whilst out incase cat cannot get back in!”

“Didn't have the item in stock, but communication was good throughout, and they told me when it would be available, and delivered when they said they would. Unfortunately, I'd ordered the wrong item, but the returns process was simple and straightforward, and again, the communications were good.”
