“Bought the spare parts sold as "cat flap and keep" and they arrived promptly, price was ok. However the (very) weak point on this brand of cat flap is the "keep" and so I feel that this part should be sold separately or the part should be improved strength wise. It breaks when the cats come in to fast or a nosey dog pushes his snout through the flap. Virtually every cat flap of this brand that I have seen ends up with a broken keep, it's just not strong enough to retain the hinge part of the flap.”

“I bought the Petsafe Staywell delux magnetic 4-way catflap to replace an ageing Staywell model of the same design which had started to allow non-magnetic cats to head-butt their way into the house, eat all the food, use the toilet facilities and generally doss about the place as if it was a Burger King on a motorway. It fitted exactly in the same position as the Staywell version . After testing it out unsuccessfully with a few resounding headbutts , all the would-be hooligan cats departed abashed, with headaches , and our resident moggies are delighted to have a secure home once again. Purrfect. Thank you for your prompt attention and excellent service. Huw-Lloyd-Hughes”

“Works really well. We left the flap on manual opening for a couple of days to get our nervous cat get used to it. Then , after some bribery, we got it programmed easily. Highly recommended .”

“The speed of delivery was excellent and it was very easy to replace my old flap which was the same model purchased about 15 years ago - Simply unscrewing the old one and fitting the new. The cats are happy too!!”

“I ordered my cat flap in November and have been waiting for it ever since. I have emailed the company for help, rang for assistance but on all occasions had no positive response. I have got in touch with Yodel who tell me they have picked it up from the company but it is at the Bristol depot , this was 23rd November and I can't get anyone to help me receive my purchase.”
