“I bought some replacement cat flaps and they arrived incredibly quickly. They were also the cheapest that I found. I wish I had found this website sooner as I have spent quite a lot of money replacing the full cat flap when just flap part broke as my cat has a habit of rushing through it and breaking at least once a year. I was very impressed with the service, speed of delivery and price, so thank you very much!!”

“My cat had a fight with the neighbourhood tom and between them they broke the catflap. Thank goodness for the internet as I was delighted to find that I could order replacement parts from your company. Great price and considering it's almost Christmas a prompt delivery too. “I ordered a Dog Flap on 1st December and it actually arrived 18th December - 3 weeks of wind howling through my back door. It would have been more expensive to have bought it locally, but I would probably saved on my heating bills. Only plus is that Customer Services (Matt) was extremely helpful and efficient.”

“Prompt delivery and, so far, the product seems fine. Only tiny irritation was that the batteries don't stay in very well when the cover is lifted up, as it has to be to programme the flap. As another reviewer noted, "pass cat slowly through cat flap" (in order to programme it to recognise the microchip) can be "interesting" (!), depending on your cat's temperament, but I managed it fine by putting some treats on the floor just in front of the flap (would recommend doing this before you fit the flap into the door, as it's easier!). Overall, it seems great so far, and our cat has learnt to use it very quickly, thus proving to my wife that she (the cat) is very intelligent, and not daft.”

“I ordered a Treat and Train from Cat Flaps, due to be delivered by Yodel. Yodel text to say it would be delivered by 9pm. At 8pm I text and rang the courier, no reply. I tried phoning Yodel, the automatic service hung up on me several times. I live chat online with Yodel at 9,30pm, who said it would be delivered next day. They have no idea why the courier did not attempt to deliver it and took it back to the local depot instead. I contacted Cat Flaps by email who asked Yodel to return it the them and they sent me one by Royal Mail, which I received promptly with no problems. Very pleased with the prompt solution when I made Cat Flaps aware of the problem. I went and bought 4 size D batteries for the main unit and one 12v 23amp battery for the remote. There is a Quick Set up Guide, an Instruction manual and a DVD included. It was very easy to insert the batteries in both the main unit and the remote and to set the radio channel on both. Choosing the size of kibble disc and inserting /removing it is easy. Putting the kibble in is easy. Sometimes one press of the remote delivered more than one piece of kibble, perhaps need the smaller hole kibble disc. I read the Quick Set up Guide and the first part of the manual, and watched the first part of the DVD. Then I set about training my dog to use the Treat and Train as per the instructions. There are step by step training instructions which I found very easy to follow, including common mistakes to avoid. My dog seemed to take to it quite well, going to get the treat when she heard the beep, looking at me before going to get the treat. As it was our first time, she did well when we stood near the Treat and Train, but when I moved several feet away, she has not yet got it 100% of the time. But a good first session. I have not yet used the touch stick and base, which is also included, to use in the next stage in the training. I am hoping by following the training step by step, on a daily basis, that in a few weeks time I will have a calmer well-behaved dog when visitors come.”
