“My catflap broke, so I needed to replace like-for-like in a hurry. I couldn't believe your prices. Far cheaper than anywhere else, even with postage, and it arrived much quicker than expected. Perfect. AMSB”

“Settling down to watch the usual fayre of repeats on TV on Christmas Eve, I was startled by the loud crash emanating from the kitchen. Bobby – the large, timid ginger tom who moved in with us a couple of years back had shattered the flap on our ageing cat flap in his eagerness to escape whatever was chasing him. That same night, yes Christmas Eve, I took to the internet and in no time at all had found Catflaps.co.uk who were able to furnish me with a new replacement flap. I subsequently discovered that in his frantic efforts to escape his assailant Bobby had done a bit more damage than first realised and therefore contacted Catflaps.co.uk to update my order to a whole new cat flap. On asking how I might sort out the price difference, the person at Catflaps.co.uk (Matt) said there would be no extra charge… it wasn’t worth the hassle or price of a phone call. Having endured several days of an icy wind blowing through the gaping hole in our back door – we have six cats other than Bobby, so the cat flap is always in use – the replacement arrived. Very soon order was restored. I have no hesitation in saying that not only is Catflaps.co.uk one of the best companies I have dealt with in terms of cat flaps – admittedly my experience is limited – but one of the best companies I have dealt with ever. If their professionalism, eagerness to please and genuine concern with customer satisfaction could be emulated elsewhere, perhaps this country might not be in the mess it currently finds itself in. 5 star service. “Installation was straightforward and programming was easier and quicker than expected. We have just welcomed a rescue cat to our home and don't know if she is used to a cat flap or not. She has not used it voluntarily yet but as it's now snowing outside and blowing a gale, we're not surprised.”

“Very good choice of cat flaps available and they had the brand and size I needed to replace at a very good price. Fast delivery. Customer service was very good when I called them to say my order confirmation email had no content so I was not sure if the online order had been placed.”

“Very good. One of our cats has the microchip in the middle of her back, but the catflap still picks it up as she enters. The only issue is that it takes a little while for the cats to get used to it, as the mechanism makes a fairly loud click as is activates when it picks up the microchip and this makes the cats nervous. So it takes a bit of coaxing at first, however after a week or so they have settled in to it.”

“We had a new door fitted so decided to have a new flap as well. This one looks smarter / neater than the old one (a Staywell). It's MUCH quieter because it has only one flap and no noisy closer magnet which was always a nuisance with the old one. It also seems to fit a lot better when closed so reducing drafts. And the cats got used to it straight away. Didn't fit it myself - got the (uPVC) door installers to do it. They said "it wasn't particularly easy to do"??... but I can't comment personally; however there are some "rough edges" on the external side where the tunnel has had to be cut to the correct depth for the door panel. Overall though, very pleased to date.”

“Quick& easy to fit. So far kept neighbour hood cats out. Easy for cat to use once they realise a little push needed to get in.Our cat is a big boy and uses it no problem. Very pleased with this cat flap.”

“It does the job beautifully, plenty big enough for my large cat to get in, easy to programme, did it before I installed it, and he got used to it quickly and its much more draughtproof than the original flap was.”

“Product description accurate. Price good. Delivery time good. Installation quick. Slight malfunction of warning LED (it says the sensors need cleaning much of the time). Cat seems delighted to have the flap to himself, but neighbour's moggy a bit pissed off.”
