“Very quick delivery even at this time of year (christmas). Yodel delivered in the evening so very convenient, although not sure if this would happen at any other time of year.”

“This is a really good cat-flap, with not too strong a spring, so easy for cats to open. It was very easy to fit where we had a previous cat flap. The only slight niggle was that it has a sticky label on the front in five languages, which one did not need and was extremely difficult to get off. My flap is still showing the marks of where it was. Much better to put this on the back or on the wrapping somewhere.”

“The product itself is something that I've used before, but the price from Cat flaps was reasonable compared to other companies, but the speed of delivery was exceptional. I order late one afternoon and received it the next day without paying for any type of "special posting" Will definitely use this company again should I need another "flap"”

“After a storm, my old cat flap broke off. My replacement cat flap arrived quickly and was as expected. I had to make some amendments to the casing to fit the flap in, but only minor and I've had no problems since despite strong winds.”
