“i am really not able to pass comment on customer service,as i haven't recieved the goods that i ordered at this moment in time.the latest update i recieved from yourselves was dec.6th. stating that goods had been shipped to my address.as it is near christmas i realise that the postal services often get backlogged, si i must make allowances for delays.”

“This is my third Pet Porte Cat flap and I have always found it to be an excellent product. It works by recognising your cat's microchip so no need for collars and all the disadvantages and dangers that brings and all other cats are excluded from entering your house. The cat flap has several different settings for use i.e. if you want to keep your cat in overnight it will recognise falling light levels and lock until the morning when it will unlock again. The service from CatFlaps.co.uk was fast, the product was well packaged and I found the web site easy to use.”

“i ordered a catflap on sunday night but still not arrived i cant seem to track it there is no tracking number, iv done what the site said about tracking but there is nothing that says tracking number!”
