“I needed to buy a microchip door as we had an unwanted visitor every night finishing off our cats expensive food! I had never used this site before but doing a search via Google on the best price for this door brought up catflaps.co.uk at the top. It's a very easy to navigate site and information was excellent. I bought just after new year and the door arrived this afternoon which I thought was excellent service. I will use again and recommend to friends.”

“Good price for replacement flap, arrived this morning and fitted in seconds. Would be helpful if replacement screws were provided as two were missing on original, but not a major issue. Status of order advised at all stages and would definitely purchase from company again.”

“Very poor service from this company. I ordered on 19 December and got confirmation that goods were despatched on 22 December. When I chased up the order on 30 December they said that item had not even been collected by courier until 29 December. Even then, I didn't get the item until 2 January, even though courier sent text to say it was arriving the previous day. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded and it was. They will say that the problem was with the courier but they misinformed me that the goods hadn't been collected yet and then failed to inform me that their was a delay.”

“Have just fitted our cat flap and at first we didn't think it would work as our cat wouldn't go through but surprisingly she doesn't seem to have any problem. The good thing is she seems very happy that nothing else can get through. I would recommend this to anyone else who has problems with other intruders”

“The flap is of good size and ideal for my dog de Bordeaux and German sheperd which are large breed dogs. The instructions are easy to follow and with a few tools is easy to fit.”

“I have just purchased a further 2 "catflaps" from you which means I hae now had/got 4. The original was built into a handmade oak door for a cat and 2 small dogs and lasted 12 years. Those 3 pets are now long gone and now the family has an extremely energetic Jack Russel who smashes through them at great speed. Now they last 2-3 years. But at that price who cares”

“I can't vote this company anything less than excellent in my opinion. Very helpful on the phone, easy to place the order n very efficient customer service (this was via email) whereby I replied to my confirmation email and it was actually a valid return email address; gent gave me an estimated delivery date, which was spot on and even wished me a merry christmas. Very rare to actually have decent customer service. They were excellent, so unusual these days. Will recommend to all my animal loving friends.”
