“Good quality product, easy to fit (did it myself!). Delivery was very prompt. I would ask the company to consider also producing a cat flap that is brown on the outside and white on the inside, this will match a lot of pvc doors that are now being installed with a dark colour outside (ours is Rosewood) but with a white interior.”

“Good product but although I was replacing the same model I had diffulty fitting it to the door as the 4 way controls were slightly different and door need to have more cut away. Service was great!”

“Would have been even better if you stated there is only 1 magnet included, previously purchased same product and had 2 magnets. If you were more upfront and said extras can also be ordered you would probably sell quite a few and the customer would not have to pay extra postage on another order.”

“Cannot fault delivery.Very quick. However very frustrated had to pay 3 lots of delivery charges. When ordering the cat flap I wish it had been made clearer that if fitting into a wall we would need 3 separate items!”

“The delivery was spot on but I was initially disappointed and a little concerned when I opened the package. The Petporte box containing the cat flap just literally fell apart. It was well used to say the least (this was not the fault of the delivery company). Not sure why. Still I wasn't buying the box!! A product parts listing would help. I wasn't sure if any parts were missing. At least that ensured I read all the instructions. Initially it looked like the fitting would be tricky, especially as I was replacing an existing cat flap, but it wasn't. The instructions were very good, and it works well under test. As yet the cat is very wary of entering - we are still at the training stage. But the purpose of replacing the cat flap was to keep out a troublesome black cat that was getting fatter by the day, eating what we were providing for our cat. The cat flap has stopped that.”

“Cat Flap was a great price (compared to some high street retailers) looks good, And was easy to install. Fitted it 3 days ago. But Freddy is still a bit reluctant, to use it. But we will persevere.”

“Pretty easy to install. I had to put mine into a wall so needed a little bit of "persuasion". But it's well built and can take alterations that are needed. Our cats are recognised by the flap and the neighbours aren't. Yay! Now to train them to use the new flap...”
