“Happy with product. Two small points: 1. the magnetic weight does not always swing the door back to fully shut - oil on hinge should resolve. It would be better of the opposing screw-holes on either side of the product were offset - to avoid conflicts when screwing into wood - shorter screws solves the problem although may not be supplied.”

“Bought the spare parts sold as "cat flap and keep" and they arrived promptly, price was ok. However the (very) weak point on this brand of cat flap is the "keep" and so I feel that this part should be sold separately or the part should be improved strength wise. It breaks when the cats come in to fast or a nosey dog pushes his snout through the flap. Virtually every cat flap of this brand that I have seen ends up with a broken keep, it's just not strong enough to retain the hinge part of the flap.”

“I think that your overall service is excellent. The only difficulty was getting through to the pet department on the phone. It was never answered, BUT when after five attempts, I tried in desperation the other options like Sales or Accounts, everyone was very helpful in getting someone available to respond. And very well done Matt for his help and service.”

“ordered a replacement cat flap, which arrived 4 days later - but found it was the wrong one. Phoned to find out what happened and eventually got through after several tries. Who ever I spoke to was very helpful. Somehow I had ordered the wrong one and re-ordered another, which arrived the next day. It fitted fine with a little effort to get in place - very happy with result. If needed would buy from this company again.”

“There was a delay in sending out my order due to lack of stock and it would have been useful to be informed of the delay. “Overall a very good Cat Flap which is resisting the breezy conditions today. Reading the reviews of other makes of flap and their respective sizes, I believe it was the best choice for our panelled door, despite the fact that it took some time to fit. The outer dimensions are the same as each of the panels on our door but, apart from cutting the hole, it was necessary to chisel out most of the beading around the selected panel, on both the inside and the outside, and this took some time. It wasn't possible to use the wide door fitting because of the moulding (beading) around the panel and to utilise the thin door fitting required a lot of chiselling to accurately fit both sides and to permit the longest screws to reach from one side of the door to the other. I had to dispose of the rubber seal to do this and because the chiselled wood was unlikely to be smooth enough for the seal to work. I may find that in very cold windy weather it will be necessary to pack the frame with some silicone sealant. It's also very difficult to align the screws blindly from the outer frame into the holes in the inner frame. I suspect that nuts and bolts, rather than screws would make this much easier. Despite all this I'm pleased with my purchase and it's working well. It's almost silent operation has not spooked our two cats and they are making good use of it, sometimes just to show off!”
