“Ordered a micro chip cat flap for a friend, it arrived within 48 hours and was competitively priced. I chose Catflaps UK as I fitted one for my 2 cats a year ago and have had no problems.”

“The delivery was delayed by stock problems but were kept informed which was great. When the delivery arrived the packaging was damaged because it was a fairly large box but only packed in a plastic bag. Not a big problem though.”

“I was delighted with the overall service and speed of delivery. The product (anti bark collar) also lived up to the description and reviews. I felt the website could have offered slightly more detail in product description and I had to go to brand website for more info. That aside I would definitely use Catflaps again. Good job.”

“I purchased this flap in Aug 2015 after reading a few reviews online. The actual dog flap seems to be of a solid construction but time will tell. One thing that is an improvement on my last dog flap is the quietness, this flap is very quiet and closes well. The biggest problem was cutting the hole in the door. You use the actual internal section of the door as a template but then have to cut 10mm outside of the line, not easy to do. If a paper template to the correct size was included it would save a lot of time, and give a much neater result. Steve”

“The cap flap arrived in good time, was easy to fit into a glass door (previously cut to correct size) and works well despite our cat having a 972xxxxxxxxx chip. The hardest thing was buying it in the first place. I think the website needs work!”

“Greet value. Prompt Delivery. My current was originally feral and doesnt like wearing a collar. He is also put off by the noise and so we taped the magnet down and it has stayed that way. I think it is a good flap but took a few days to get him to use it without the collar and so I dont think other cats would! Good product though despite as not using the magnet. I was worried if he doesnt line up the collar exactly in the right place, it wouldnt open.”

“I had bought a battery powered cat flap, as other cats were entering our house. The battery was only lasting about five weeks. So bought a petporte mains powered cat flap. I am surprised that the default setting bleeps when cat goes thru, but since setting to silent mode cat uses it no trouble.”
