“Fitted easily into prepared hole.Programming easy. Cat likes it - so we do too. Formerly had a magnet uperated one which worked well for over 13 years and still working well but then all the Toms round here got magnets aswell! So needed to upgrade”

“Only purchased a replacement inner flap. Easy to fit, took the person who did it about 10 minutes. Magnetic strip is very strong, my cat is on the small side and could not, or would not, push the new flap open. Resorted once again to removing magnetic strip, cutting into smaller pieces and supergluing back leaving gaps. Service good and delivery very quick.”

“The service provided by the company was excellent. Delivery was very rapid and well packed. I am not overly pleased with the cat flap as although it is fitted with draught strips they do not touch the sides of the frame. This causes a draught problem. The flap does slide sideways but this simply closes down the gap one side and increases it the other. I feel this is a design fault and cannot see how this sort of error occurred. Not sure there is a fix.”

“The cat flap arrived very quickly. It looks very stylish and was easy to install. However, I did have a problem setting the controls, thought it was a bit confusing. Once I managed to set the controls the cat flap has been fine and both my cats were easily able to use it.”

“Infrared catflap was simple to fit and set up after minor adjustments to fitting hole in door, as the dimensions are slightly larger than the previously fitted staywell cat flap.”

“The microchip cat flap is brilliant. Bit fiddly to set up (but maybe that's just me) but got there in the end. My cat is very impressed as we are no longer invaded by the local tom spraying around our house.”

“The catflap was bought to replace one that had been well used and well worn over the years.I ordered a 919 as the website described this as the code for the old 19. It was fiddly to fit as there is a plastic ridge on the outside half ,which is not on the original, that made it difficult to use the same screwholes. After drilling new holes in the door it is now fitted.”

“Ordered a dog collar, but received a cat flap (is that something to do with the website address I wonder)! But they were quick in rectifying the problem, correct product arrived the next day. Very pleased with it and so much cheaper than anywhere else, will buy again from them.”
