“Cat flap and dog harness arrived very quickly. Cat flap looks good but not yet installed. However, the harness has opened by itself 3 times whilst out walking my dog off the lead, so a bit worried about that.”

“Product works fine, scanned the cats easily within seconds. Fitting instructions "vague" at best but once you've fitted one the second would be v. easy. plastic for tunnel a bit thin. Think about where you are going to run your electric from as lead on power supply not very long. Our sockets are also on the opening side of our door so we have to run a lead up and over the door. Might just run it off battery unless we go away. Consider silicone for sealing outer door above porch.”

“This was my second Petporte, the other having lasting a good 9 years and I went straight for a direct replacement. It was easy to order, delivered on time and the product itself has been improved aesthetically in the last 9 years. Thankfully the product and all the drill holes were in the same place. Assembly was fairly easy. Initially the flap didn't swing easily, but this was solved by loosening the external screws slightly, so now cat and owner are very happy.”

“Easy and straightforward order system and a quick and convenient delivery. Only adverse comment is that the on-line product listing didn't show that we could order a small replacement part for one of the items rather than buy the whole unit, but as we suspect the price differential in this case was very small it is not a problem.”

“I just wanted some replacement filters for my cat's water fountain and catflaps seemed to be the cheapest. I thought the postage and packing was a little steep but overall I was happy!”

“Cat flap arrived very fast and now I need some one to take the old one out and replace it.Old one lasted 14 years and was kicked by someone. It still works but the replacement is needed . Instructions look good”

“Product description accurate. Price good. Delivery time good. Installation quick. Slight malfunction of warning LED (it says the sensors need cleaning much of the time). Cat seems delighted to have the flap to himself, but neighbour's moggy a bit pissed off.”
