“My order was processed and progressed to shipped in just a few minutes. The website and emails were efficient. It was delivered by Royal Mail on the 3rd working day afterwards. Undamaged but was just in a plastic bag. Overall, a good service but I was lucky with condition on delivery.”

“ordered replacement flap for petsafe dog door, order never showed up, contacted by e-mail regarding this, and mr rob howe sent out a replacement by courier on 24hr delivery, received that item, still no sign of original one ordered. lost in post I assume, but as said company very quick to sort this out, and very pleased with product sent,, highly recommended..”
