“I have just purchased a further 2 "catflaps" from you which means I hae now had/got 4. The original was built into a handmade oak door for a cat and 2 small dogs and lasted 12 years. Those 3 pets are now long gone and now the family has an extremely energetic Jack Russel who smashes through them at great speed. Now they last 2-3 years. But at that price who cares”

“Very quick delivery even at this time of year (christmas). Yodel delivered in the evening so very convenient, although not sure if this would happen at any other time of year.”

“After a storm, my old cat flap broke off. My replacement cat flap arrived quickly and was as expected. I had to make some amendments to the casing to fit the flap in, but only minor and I've had no problems since despite strong winds.”

“have ordered before quick service with correct item. Only problem and this does not reflect on CatFlaps. Postman decides it will fit into a post box fitted to my wall, took 20 minutes to get it out.”

“item was sent immediately but went missing with the courier. Master Plastics acted immediately informed and chased up the delivery which was eventually forwarded, having been opened I feel Master Plastics did everything they could to ensure their package was delivered promptly and actioned everything the minute they were told things had gone wrong. Thanks for their help.”

“The sourcing of the part i needed on the site was good, the notification back on tracking the progress was good, but the actual delivery took a little longer than i expected. From placing order to receipt of goods was 5 days, this might be because we are in a country location 18 miles outside Aberdeen. Otherwise the whole process was good.”

“We bought the Cat Mate 355 Super Selective Chip & Disc Cat Flap - White and it was a brilliant cat flap, works well. The description does state that the LCD Display shows selected entry and exit lock status, cat location and time since flap last used for up to 3 selected cats. This is not the case with this actual product code (355). This function is on the 305 model, I think. Anyway, it is a good cat flap that works with one cats microchip and the other cat's tag (not sure yet why the second cat's microchip is not registering!).”

“We purchased a Cat Mate Microchip Cat Flap as we have had problems with other cats coming in. it arrived very promptly after ordering. We fitted it in a couple of hours and are very happy with the results.”
