“I ordered a cat activity post, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, it was broken and the poor quality made me not want a replacement. There were no others brands on the web site, so I requested a refund. This was provided very quickly and efficiently. While I cannot recommend the product, I would recommend the company as one that has good customer service and honours it's responsibility to give refunds for faulty/broken products, unlike some others I have dealt with.”

“I found this item to be fairly easy to fit, just a bit of common sense and perseverance will make your cat flap ideal for your home. I have a very nervous cat who will only go into my garden and venture no further, by the end of the day i had fitted the cat flap my cat was already poking his head through the hole. The instructions to getting your cat use to this device were spot on and helped dramatically.”

“First of all I was sent wrong item then replacement was due next day but did not arrive after numourous phone calls replacement arrived customer service was great”

“The product hasn't been used yet so I can't comment- but it was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address and so I've had to pay extra to send it on to the correct person. Even the package note inside had the correct name and address just not the box!”

“The Petporte microchip cat flap was on offer at a good price and delivered the very next morning. Installation was OK, but the cutting template is unnecessarily large, so I reduced it a little to have a smaller hole in the door. I now have a super smart cat flap but unfortunately the cat is less clever, although I'm sure she will get the hang of it - eventually.”

“Good product spoiled by the extremely poor quality screws provided. Despite carefully drilling pilot holes in my wooden door one of the screw heads snapped off resulting in the screw being buried across the thickness. I threw away the screws and fitted superior quality equivalents. I would recommend any other purchasers do the same.”

“the spare flap fits almost perfectly - i had to file off a small plastic nipple on the frame which prevented the flap swinging freely. otherwise, excellent!”

“Fitted new magnetic cat flap and it only took a few minutes,. followed instructions regarding getting the cat use to the new flap. Our cat took about a day to get use to it, she has to push a little harder against flap. The flap has proved its self today when I caught a cat trying to get in.”

“The Staywell magnetic catflap was a good price and I hope it will do the job. Disappointed though that it does not include a spare magnet - seems a bit mean as I'm sure most cats lose at least one. I was worried about the courier Yodel as I'd seen some bad reviews. They give a 7am to 9pm delivery slot which is unreasonable and no way of speaking to somebody to narrow down the time. I was lucky - I only had to wait in 7 hours before it arrived. But it was an anxious 7 hours. Maybe you should change delivery service or provide more options to customers.”
