Excellent. I could see my friend’s CataEye from 2 blocks away around 8am (October time, northern hemisphere. Clear sky). And this is with the light attached point 15 degrees upwards due to the angle of the bike post it was attached to.

Their lights are great. Sometimes they don't have the right hardware to attach to your bike, but I've always been able to resolve that with a quick trip to my local hardware store.

The item ordered was 160-2090N, a full replacement of parts for the CC-RD200 cyclocomputer of over a decade ago. First, I'd like to thank CatEye for still having parts available for the CC-RD200 after this much time. In my particular case, the cadence measurement had failed, possibly a broken wire. Second, the delivery time was as promised. Third, enough zip ties were included in the kit so that, if one needed to be substituted due to misplacement, a spare was available. In my case, the only difficulty encountered was that I needed to add shim material to get the magnets close enough to the sensors; I used thick, foam-based, double-sided tape. This is not a difficulty with CatEye's design, and I didn't need the shims previously. I just couldn't get the spacing correct without the shims this time. I was very satisfied with CatEye's service and the product. The full system is working again.

I wrote to ask about a non-functioning cycle computer. Your staff responded quickly with a proposed fix: the replacement of the sending unit on the wheel. A replacement was sent out (without cost to my surprise). Sadly the fix did not work and it looks like I'll need to buy a whole new unit. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is your customer service. Very impressive.

Very nice computer. Size makes it less obtrusive and simple operation sets it aside from many others that can be a bit confusing. The rubber bands that are used to secure computer are a good idea but in reality I broke both of mine due to diameter of shock and moving it on handlebar from one bike to another. Zip ties, which I was charged over $4 for eight (quite steep) solved the issue.

Bought a replacement clamp for the wireless bike computer. Would love better instruction and installation directions, but got it done. Did not need to call tech support.
