Ordered with priority delivery, my product was never even shipped to me. CCL did not let me know it wasn't going to reach me by the delivery time and when questioned was told "if it was shipped out on the 2nd of July it would be with me by the 3rd of July" but when pressed told me she didn't know if it would even be shipped on the 2nd of July. CCL representatives lied to me about my complaint in an attempt to get me to go away, ignored my voicemail, passed me off to someone else every time and no one has even apologised for their mistake. I've had a horrible customer experience and would never be looking to order from them again. You can find better retailers with a quick google search.

I used to use CCL a lot and would recommend them to clients as reliable. Sadly this seems to have changed. Purchased a prebuilt system from them, delivered and was found faulty - not sure if they'd tested it at all. On return the GPU was faulty and the CPU incorrectly seated - as I say, not sure how this past test? Now I find that the replacement GPU is freezing and will only stop black screening if I run it at 1/3 capacity - this is due to a fault across the line, causing hotspots on the VRAM - CCL agreed to replace as not fit for purpose, they built the system and failed to adequately cool the GPU, this cannot be described as anything other than their fault. I return the GPU expecting an alternative to be sent, I have had to borrow a GPU as the ryzen range have no inbuilt GPU Today I'm told that they can't find any fault with the card and will not replace. I told them the exact issue to prevent any misunderstanding but it seems they have ignored this I have informed CCL that I will be taking legal advice and would urge anyone reading this to exercise caution in ordering from them

I canceled my order. It was never delivered to me. Yet after 2 weeks still no refund. They say they are waiting for dpd. Yet i said thats not my problem it was never delivered. Many emails many phone calls. The last one the lady was very rude and she hung up on me. Avoid this company.

Terrible service, ordered a monitor from their store, but then they tell me the next day, after I already paid and they took the money, that it is out of stock! They sent a refund but it will take up to 2 weeks to be confirmed!

I was robbed me over there, for a stupid 100€. Bought a rudder pedals (✈️)on ebay from them some time ago, there was an issue with that, so i've return it - no problem. But after few emails asking about the updates, they've just decided to stop replaying me. And now i have no rudder pedals, and no money. Great🙂 To be fairly honest i didnt press it that much, i've never called them, just send a couple of emails. My life is quite busy and im not gonna cut myseldf for a stupid 100€, but still this is not the way to treat a custumer like that

THE WORST. have been trying to return a faulty motherboard for months now, it is being sent back to me every time!!!! they say they cannot detect a fault, I bet they don't even run any tests. Disgusting customer service, they don't care about customer problems.

I found an excellent price, very reasonable delivery charge and experienced a quick dispatch and delivery from CCL Computers. I am very happy with my purchase from them and would happily shop with them again.

Worst case of customer service I have experienced in a long time. I purchased an item 5 days ago... to be met with a notification the order was cancelled on the day it was due to be delivered. No reasoning, no explanation, just "your order has been cancelled", despite them having 20+ of the item in stock. I called them to enquire in to why this had happened. No one seemed to know. There was suggestion it was a pricing issue, and I was told the only thing I could do was repurchase the same item for over £25 more than I had originally paid for it. Obviously, paying £25 more (which is a sizeable chunk on a sub £200 item) than advertised is not ideal, but at this point I had wasted about an hour on the phone and chat, so I said fine. However, I felt that since the item should have been with me today, providing express shipping would be fair so I got it as soon as possible. At this point I was told by customer service that they would have to speak to management about this and would call me back as soon as they could. Hours drag on... it's getting to the end of the working day and no call back. I call them... I'm told management say nothing can be done with regards to shipping, other than me paying a further £9. I ask to speak to a manager, apparently they don't have a phone number. At this point I elect to take my business elsewhere and will be ensuring I do not shop here again despite having satisfactory experiences in the past. Unacceptable and pathetic service. So desperate that they can't even provide shipping when they have already messed me around and were charging me £25 more than advertised to have an item arrive 2 weeks after it was supposed to. Thankfully the item is available for £10 cheaper at Lambda-Tek anyway, with free express delivery and I have purchased from them.

Terrible company sent back fault hard drive they refused to replace, offered refund and never paid it been chasing them up with promises it will be paid by end of day and nothing . Now they are saying go to your bank if you want refund and get bank to claim money back. what a joke what sort of company acts like this blatant fraud hard drive was only £65 but thats not the point it's the principle i am just glad it was not for a larger amount . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW STILL AWAITING A REFUND NOW AFTER 6 WEEKS

Disgraceful service poor communication no response to emails for an RMA return. Even involved customer services emails not returned, item returned no tracking number given and went back to DPD depot and returned to them and no answer on the progress of where my £1800 graphics card is. Stay clear do not purchase expensive items from this company they are useless and don’t even know how to communicate, happy to take your money good luck trying to get anything resolved. Used Overclockers or Scan computers they are light years ahead of this bunch of cowboys.

Beware these scammers!! Ordered two expensive NAS drives for an urgent rebuild. Received one only. Customer Service promised the other would be sent out immediately. Never received after many weeks and numerous calls and emails. No refund either. I am out of pocket to a significant amount.

Two months without a motherboard that was confirmed faulty (I know it was faulty as I bought a replacement from Scan after waiting 2 weeks!), I still want the other to do an upgrade on my Daughters PC. It was within warranty and they had them in stock at the time. They don't respond to any type of communication! I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years (they started at the top of Leeds Road!). It seemed to go downhill after they closed the shop and went mail order only, the staff in the shop were the best! Not sure what to do now as I cannot get any rsponse from them so it looks like I am down £95 (+the £105 I spent to replace it!) I won't ever use or recommend them ever again!

Bought curved monitor, Faulty, refused replacement. Bought a £250 curved monitor in November 2022, January 2023 it started losing picture at random and then the picture would come back. Just been told they can't replicate the fault in an email and they are sending it back to me. Absolute lies. There is no way they tested this for more than 10 minutes. If I get it back and suddenly its no longer broken I will Correct this review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'll be sticking to Ebuyer from now on. Order number / W4180584 / Acer XZ272UV 27" CCL RMA 332739 EDIT: 21/01/2023 I have just received the faulty item back, you guys didn't even take the thing out and test it... the box is exactly the way I sent you it, there is absolutely no way you repackaged the box as EXACTLY as I did. You received this and literally just sent it back without taking it out the box and testing it. EVEN THE TAPE I USED TO SEAL THE BOX HAS BEEN UNTOUCHED! Absolute jokers. EDIT: 25/01/2023 : returned the monitor to me missing the screws needed to connect the monitor to the stand. Will continue to update. Currently in talks with customer service. For the record they did take it out to test and I was mistaken. I tried the monitor for an hour just rested up on the wall and the issue has seemed to resolved itself. However Without using it as I normally would I can not say for certain, this is currently not an option without using the stand, which I cant use due to getting the item back without the screws. EDIT: 26/01/2023 still no reply after making a second ticket. I can get my bank to dispute the transaction if need be. If all else fails this is the route I'm going. EDIT: 03/02/2023 I put in a a second ticket on 25/01/2023 and just checked my emails today they are just ignoring me at this point, no reply at all. I'm going to the bank to chargeback. This company is horrendous. I'm still sat here with the monitor they sent back to me missing parts needed to assemble.

Quick dispatch after building and testing of pc. Well packed, excellent cable management when installing second ssd. Awesome beast of a machine and well priced. I will definitely be using ccl again.

Purchased a new GPU card on the 4th april 2021 Item arrived next day, the packaging was mint condition (black plastic mail envelope) all seals outside were intact, the DPD Driver is always the same guy, i know him well enough, he even brings my dog a treat! When i opened the parcel i was suprised to find damage to the box, it was battered and tatty then i noticed a hand wrote label on the side (see photos). When i emailed CCL a young lady (named all over the place on various CCL posts as Abby said she could see that the item was infact a returned item, i purchased a new unit not a second hand item! This then led to a RMA battle that took another 10+ days just to get the card exchanged with many phone calls for progress and even 2 failed collections to take the item back, in the end i had to go to the post office and mail the bloody thing back myself. First and LAST time i touch CCL with a barge pole, quick deep dive on the company even revealed that Santader bank have filed charges against the company, just go elsewhere!

My review from trust pilot this is the first part of the review https://www.trustpilot.com/users/62333f7cdac5c800120c9926 and second part of review This is an update to my previous review My Daughter ordered a Msi b450m mortar max from CCLonline but she started to have a issue, so I managed to get her a Rma and sent it Back. They tested it but couldn't find the issue so they said they where sending it back which was fine. But this is where the issue started, they Decided to return the motherboard in a grey plastic postage bag so it had no protection and of course the Motherboard Box returned in not the same state as it was sent. Motherboard box showed signs of being crushed and a bit ripped on the corners and you can see inside where the lid had pressed against the motherboard it self. Now when we sent it for Rma we packed it in a cardboard box with packing around the motherboard box to keep it safe and stop it getting damaged But CCL decided just to put it in a postage bag and hope for the best. Why couldn't they respect someone's property by Boxing it properly so it cant get damaged when being returned. I have sent photos showing the damage but but had no response from CCLonline so far. We sent it in as new condition but never received it in as new condition so I have told her not to order from CCLonline in the future as they don't look after your pc parts. Firstly she went to online chat and explained to them about the review and what CCLonline had said about a refund or replacement but they wouldn't sort it out they just told her to email instead. So she emailed and 3 or 4 days later no reply from cclonline so she went on chat today but they didn't understand or didn't want to and just gave her another RMA number which she Didn't want she just wanted to get the motherboard sent back and refunded just like cclonline said they would. cclonline failed to honour what they said about return and refund. I added photos so you see what the motherboard looked like before it went to cclonline and what it looked like when it came back

Bought a motherboard recently which was faulty it would not post , got an rma number repacked everything checked serial number they sent against serial number on packaging , note I did not even think to check serial number on the board, sent it back then got an email saying sorry its not their product as serial numbers do not match? I was like wtf? The package they sent me was the package I returned , I will get my money back , I dont want a replacement any more off them as the trust factor took a dive , very un professional indeed

Sent me a faulty Motherboard then made up some BS rule about reporting faults within 5 days and refused to replace or refund. Am now pursuing legal measures to get my money back. Wish I had checked out the reviews first because it quickly becomes obvious these guys are just a bunch of scammers.

I ordered an item and paid for the fastest delivery option. I had an order confirmation email after I made the order and in that email they said they'd send another when the order had shipped, so everything looked good. The day the order was supposed to come, I still hadn't received a shipping email. I had to get in contact on their website, and the person there on the chat said I needed to email them about it - so I did that, still no reply. I eventually phoned the company and explained that my order was meant to be delivered on that day but I didn't have a tracking number or any confirmation that my order had actually shipped. They took my email and said someone would get in touch. Fast forward a few days and I receive an email saying that the item I ordered wasn't in stock and that they could change or cancel the order. Really annoying that they couldn't have told me that before the day that it was meant to be delivered. Anyway, I found the exact same item on overclockers, ordered it and it was delivered the next day. It's a shame because I've ordered from ccl before and had fast delivery and good communication. Oh well... just wish they could have communicated better so that I could have bought it from elsewhere without the time spent waiting around.
