“I can not say enough about how much help I have had from everyone here. No one here treats you like a number they are concerned about you and want to see you grow. I know each experience is different, something as simple as a follow-up message just to check in makes all the difference here and that is what they do. They want to check on YOU not another number or some faceless thing, but you. There have been times where I just send a message about my feelings and someone on my team will reach up and check on me to make sure that I'm OK. Something like that makes an impression and can help in so many ways. I know om rambling now (lol) but it's just because I'm hoping I can do everyone here the justice they deserve when I say how valuable they all are.”

“I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome a little over a year ago. Recently my legs have not been as functional as needed to do simple things such as walking, standing in place, etc.
this has taken a huge impact on my mental health such as being able to go out and do things, taking my kids places, going on dates with my husband, family functions, errands, etc.
I feel like Cerebral has done a very good job with choosing their therapists, counselors, prescribers, and providers.
My counselor was very easy to talk too, a very good listener.
In turn, this also has positive affects on your mental health because most times someone to talk too can make the simplest impact when you are hanging low. Someone outside of family and friends, because it shows you that there’s other people that want to help and listen.

“I am able to meet with my team in a perfect amount of time. My nurse practitioner is able to get me my medicine the day of our appointment! The therapists/counselors listen well and are able to help you realize what things mean. I recommend this highly for people who can’t afford in person help!”
