“So far I love it. I have only had 1 appointment but it went really well. I felt really comfortable and my psychiatrist was easy to talk to. Highly recommend Cerebral to people struggling to find psychiatrist and/or therapists.”

“I just want to take this opportunity to say that my life has improved an unimaginable amount since starting this. I don't randomly freak out or binge eat or ever even slightly think about wanting to die or vanish. Things that I thought about daily just dont even cross my mind anymore. I have little to none of the same social issues I had before. I am able to hold down a job now. I'm a better parent and spouse. And every single day It will hit me, it's been so and so long since I did this that or the other thing and it's all very positive. I've quit smoking and drinking entirely I've lost 12 pant sizes. “My meeting with the prescriber went well, she was very kind and helpful. I have yet to have a meeting with a care counselor though as it has been rescheduled three times, which was a big reason I wanted to try cerebral. It isn't clear how to switch to a different care counselor either. Would like to get the help I'm paying for.”

“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have to pay everything out of pocket and my insurance is not billed. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied when th the care that I have received. I've been to several clinics and none holds a candle to Cerebral. These guys put the capital P in Professionalism. They genuinely listen and I have received more help in the two visits I've had over all the visits everywhere else. These guys are the best Hands down! I highly recommend them!

“So far everyone I talked to has been amazing. But even after subscribing and having seen prescribers, I still don't know if I'm going to be medicated through cerebral or not and was told that they might not have the clearance to treat bipolar 1 in Arizona. They told me they would let me know right away, and it's been about two weeks.”
“I like the idea of Cerebral a lot, but I think that there are still some things that need to be figured out. For instance, I think there need to be more common insurances that are more widely accepted. While my medication is covered, the actual use of the platform is not, and it's an added stress to have to worry about how I'm paying for this.
Then I feel like there is a sort of lack of communication on how the whole thing works. Like how many times am I allowed to reach out to my care provider through text, and what are some of the expectations of the appointments that I do have, I'm just not entirely sure how all I'm supposed to be supported or if I signed up for a package that doesn't really have those benefits.
But there are good things about it too. I love that they ship your medication right to you and all my providers have been super friendly and kind.”
“I wish with the counseling package you get more than one session a month. I feel like two would be a better option then capping it at one and then charging $30 per additional session. Also, I wish Cerebral sent out notices of when they will charge something instead of just seeing it was charged and not seeing any type of notice. For example I was getting small charges and had no clue what they were for until I saw that my medications were the same pricing.”
“Everyone has been above and beyond kind and caring and wanting to help me! I guess the only thing I would have to say and why I didn't give a full 5 stars is only because you don't get much time to talk with your counselor or prescriber. And that disappointed me.”
