“The therapist and provider I have been connected with have helped me immensely in just this one month. My therapist has been thorough & provided helpful perspective to the issues I've discussed with them during our session. The provider I spoke to (to help me get on medications) asked many questions & prescribed me appropriate doses of medications I know will help me (based on research). My only critique would be access; I recommended Cerebral to a friend of mine, but she told me that there were no counselors/therapists available in her state (Missouri).”
“I am very happy with the care I have received at Cerebral. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was with making appointments. I was confused at first why I was making two appointments different people. I later learned it was the practitioner and the therapist. Maybe make that idea a bit more clear or user-friendly? Also I like to make my appointments right after the last session, but the app does not allow me to do that. I have to wait a few days. Is that a feature that can be changed? Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“My counselor is great... I haven't ever talked to anyone about anything that has or going on in my life and to be quite honest, I was nervous before speaking with her. But in only a few min of visiting with her I let that guard down because she was just easy to talk to. No judgement. My caregiver on the other hand, I'm having to get a new one and we're kind of going round and round about my medicine. Will update when I get a new caregiver”
