“I love the products I have purchased from CH. Ordering online is simple and delivery is a few days. The recipe books are beautifully presented and the recipes are great. I use it most days. It got me through the fat loss protocol.”

“This protocol is amazing! I had five kilos to loose and loose I did. Once done I now eat all healthy foods, enjoy it and for the first time in my life realise when I have had enough. I don’t feel deprived as I eat clean unprocessed food. This is the second time I have done the protocol in five years and it works. Thank you and staff could not be more helpful or inspiring!”
