“I began my Changing Habits experience with the hormone-balancing (and weight loss as a bonus to that!) drops and the dulse seaweed salt. This was in 2019. I have added turmeric and ginger powders, colloidal minerals and gelatin as well as the Inner Glow and Pure Glow products. I grew up on a cane farm and chewing the stalks was a regular ritual so I was keen to try the rapadura sugar. I make a lot of fruit and vegetable chutneys and relishes and the rapadura is an outstanding addition - sugar with nutritional value! What are the chances. Thanks CH.”

“I encourage everyone to buy from Changing Habits highly recommend all there products these should be the only ones in your pantry. They are the cleanest and after reading Cindy's book I trust Cindy, she is amazing and tells it like it is & she has done her research way before any of us were awake to what these companies and industries have been doing to our foods. If you haven't read her book Lab to Table well your not awake to it so I challenge anyone reading my review to purchase on your next order. 🥰 Namaste”

“All my supplements are tested by a kinesiologist because I am super sensitive to many things it seems. Everything I get from Changing Habits makes me stronger! I think that is an incredible outcome and proves to me, that what is advertised about each supplement is really true. I have recently discovered, that if I add 1 teaspoon of the Mineral Boost to each bottle of water I drink through the day, it helps in detoxification as well as helping every organ in my body to be strong. I think this is an amazing testament to the quality of their products.”
