“I'm doing CH's Safe Keto diet and I'm absolutely loving it!! I can't believe how tasty the dinners are - I've never been on a diet where I'm eating nicer food than my family - and losing weight (3 kilo's in my 1st week) 🎉”

“I purchase a few changing habits products. I love them all. Most regularly I order the organic gelatin and probiotics. I find them amazing especially helpful to my gut health.”

“Everything we buy from Changing Habits is first rate, the cacao, coffee, and gelatin especially. I don't like the new side opening bags though as it's harder to get a measuring spoon out of them without hitting the edge and the seals aren't as reliable. The older top versions whilst not as pretty are way more practical.”

“As a long term supporter of the Changing Habits Program - I believe it to be the best and most efficient and effective program available, both for weight loss and maintenance and for your general well being. The ordering process is easy and efficient, usually receiving products with in a week, even in remote areas, like Winton, in western Qld. I personally prefer the old program of doing the protocol drops ( old style, with out mixing in water) and with out the 10 day kickstart program- only because it is more economical and I feel, more effective and you experience weight loss faster, which is amazing and truely keeps you motivated and on track, when you start seeing and feeling the fabulous results of using these products and wonderful effects on your body. The first time I followed the program, I was extremely diligent and did every to the ‘T’ and I lost 18 kgs in 6 weeks. Never had results like that since though. The body does get a little immuned to the drops. Anyway I love it and have promoted it a lot.”

Hi Helen, thank you so much for your feedback. You can still take the drops straight without mixing into water if you like. You also don't need to do the 10 Day Kickstart before the program, especially for someone like you who has done the FLP program before. The drops will work to the best of their ability if you have the appropriate waiting period between each round. Do you have the recommended waiting period information? Often when you have more weight to lose, the weight will drop faster than when you have less to lose. Just remember, our coach is available if you ever need support or guidance :)

“I have completed the FLP twice and both times I have released 9Kg! I found the protocol very easy to follow and stick to. I haven't been hungry nor craved any foods. The only 'negative' is muscle cramps in my legs. I would like to release a further 5kg so will start another round in a few weeks.”
