“I have been working alongside my naturopath to investigate my gut microbiome and how it is performing. This took me down a rabbit hole re coffee, when I discovered that alot of coffee is toxic and contains mold, I became very curious and that is when I discovered the Changing Habits, Changing Lives pods and I am thrilled that I am able to place my full trust in the product that I am receiving and consuming. I am very grateful that this company as a whole has a genuine concern for the products we consume and is taking action to educate and draw attention to the goods that are available. “Wanted to try the new coffee pods. They are great. Changing habits is always my go to for any products I know they sell. Always top quality. Coffee pods did not disappoint. Just wish the postage service was a bit quicker. 😁”

“I have always struggled loosing weight. I know I don’t have a lot to lose but it’s hard. The protocol drops work, not just to lose weight but help you to identify what causes inflammation. That’s the best thing to learn, what does my body like and dislike. Then you can make the life changes needed!”

“I have been using products from Changing Habits for 8 years now, and their name says it all. I literally did change my habits, and with their help I lost 40 kgs. This was 20 kgs in the first 4 months, and then more gradually over a couple of years as my eating regime had totally changed. The Fat loss drops were the key, with all of their other products which support that. At 67 I’m now the healthiest I’ve ever been. Total gratitude to Changing Habits.”

“I have been shopping with changing habits for many years now. I first heard about Cyndi and her balanced and healthy perspective on diet when I purchased the first edition of Changing Habits Changing Lives in 2009 (I think). It altered the way I see food and eat. I have been [urchasing fron her online store since then. The goods are well stored and arrive in a timely manner. The quality is exceptional. I imagine I will always purchase from her!”
