“All their products are exceptional quality; especially love the cacao and Ceylon Cinnamon. Have heard terrible issues with some cinnamon suppliers so good to know Changing Habits have their strict quality controls in place.”

“Program was well designed and instructions very easy for me to understand. Did not lose as much as expected but Doctor believes due to particular rheumatoid meds I am on. Helped all other parts of my health except the rheumatoid. All in all I would do another protocol run after ii have had a break.”

“Recently had trouble placing my order on line, my coupon code wouldn't work, so I was actually able to find a phone number and call. So great to still be able to talk to a real person, rare these days. I was able to do my order over the phone and discount coupon was added. Lovely friendly service, my order turned up in just few days I'm in Vic.. awesome”

“As I've gotten older my usual "diets" were no longer working to reduce weight. 5 weeks into the changing habits program I've lost 10.4kgs and couldn't be happier. “I love Changing Habits products, especially the new camu camu capsules which i find convenient. The natures mineral boost, does just that, it gives me a boost energy throughout the day. I also ordered the lovely vegetable stock-I love this because its not salty. Amazing customer service, efficient and super fast at dispatching. I recently ordered and my products arrived the next day.”
