Good product but let down by poor customer service and very poor waiting time for install of home charger. You have a “guarantee” on the web site for installing times and it still took over double this time to get it done!

Took a long time to install, installer seemed unsure of procedure and post install do not answer email requests for information.

The installation was great, very helpful and accommodating but the after sales needs work. Still waiting for connection to the app. I have called customer care but still nothing.

The end product is fine and I’m happy with it, however it was a long road to get it. I had chosen them mainly as their price was around £100 cheaper than other companies. My initial quote was incorrect and it increased by £50 but it was still cheaper. However with me being is Scotland caused a lot of delays and after try have my money I felt I was chasing them a lot to get the install done. On the date that it was arranged for the engineer turned up at 10.30am and after looking around and drinking his tea I made him he got started at around 10.45am. He then advised me at 11.50am he couldn’t do any more as he he had to get back home and one of the other engineers would hopefully finish it the following week! I contacted the office and they gave me a date that was a further three weeks later! I dug my heels in and made it known how unhappy I was so they, by some kind of miracle, suddenly had space for a different engineer to do it on the Monday. Everythig fine from then and they also offered to refund £50. Not a great experience in getting the install as I had to be constantly on their case. Glad it’s now over with.

Fitting was excellent but it would have happened sooner if Chargemaster could actually identify a single pole from a double pole switch in a photograph and save me unnecessarily calling out my electricity supplier first.

the engineer who installed the charger was excellent, on time, polite etc. Prior to this I was frustrated with difficulty in making contact, endless information and photos needed and no no response when they had been sent sonot sure if all was well, changes in dates and late information about what changes had to make which cost me £400, i should have beenn told this at the outset.

The installation took ages from the go ahead with several checks, miscommunications and lost reports. When the day of the final installation arrived the engineer was extremely profffesional and safety conscious. I could see that all the necessary regulations were scrupulously followed and the guy was a hero working, without complaint, in appalling weather conditions. The unit charges well and as advertised but, having opted for the more expensive unit, the Dashboard App Returns nonsense data concerning the amount of energy used (kWh).. on the plus side Alec, one of your support team, is on the case and is keeping me up to date on the status of a fix.

Customer service - too many handoffs Information on public chargepoints is not always accurate - especially slow chargers 7kw v higher speed chargers Need more higher speed charge points to access - 7kw is ok if charging overnight

Was not sufficiently briefed about functionality of monitoring through my computer. If I had been, would have looked for a different model. Should have asked!

We haven’t used it yet, as car still awaited! However, we don’t yet know how to use the App to get electrical recharges on the road, at other stations!! Is there a code or special system we need to log into?

Slight confusion over the cable length discussed. thought it was the length to the car but actually the 20 m was from the fuse box. The device itself quite expensive for what it is and would be better with a retractable cable like on the streets and like hose reals.

The customer service may very little attempt to follow up her queries. I had to do all this. Once the monies had been paid then there seemed little interest in getting an installation date and again I had to chase. The installer was excellent

Home charger great, though not sure lock works. Rapid charger at Didcot heat but far too few. Allegedly 500 a month. Significant stretches of road left uncovered so far.

Keep finding charging points not working and not enough point to use also keep getting no translation available error then charger stops

Update. A complete removal and reinstall fixed it. This is not an "upgrade" to the existing app but a completely new one.
