Great installer - neat job, exactly how I wanted it. Office staff not high quality - inadequate technical knowledge, lots of overlapping/duplicated emails. The Chargemaster app is pretty hopeless too.

Whilst the install was absolutely faultless, as was the installer Scott, the order process was somewhat painful.

The final installation would be scored as Very Good Prior to the installation the process in obtaining clear and definite requirements for the Chargemaster to be capable of being installed was Very Poor - Hence the mid-range final score

Please with product that has been installed. However installation was delayed due to new product availability. And I still haven't received any operating instructions for my unit (even though I have chased).

Left dust for us to clean up and didn’t fit part into ground so trip hazard and didn’t give us help to order charge leads when we told them we are OAP ‘s and struggle with internet orders we were disappointed with some of the service given

The original installation date was missed but a card was issued to give us free top-ups but the nearest available point was eleven miles away, better than nothing. The charge point is working with only minor hiccups on my first couple of charges

I’m giving it a 3 stars which is a real shame as the product itself works OK and the technician installing the equipment was professional and helpful - I would’ve given him 5 stars! However trying to purchase and organize the installation was a real pain. I had to ask 3 times for a quote to be sent and threatened to withdraw the application until they got their act together. The mobile app also needs improvement.

The charger itself works well without issue but i've not seen any charging data appear when i log on to the website

BP Chargemaster fitted a charge point at my house which failed after 1 hours use. These things happen, the fitting was efficient, and the subsequent replacement was efficient once it occurred but tit was a major task to get information out of BP Chargemaster scheduling team who would never ring back or email after being told they would and I had to contact them on many occasions to chase the issue up over a three week period. Summary on site work great, follow up issue in the office very poor.

Installation was done without problems. It pays to be prepared. The analytical Software is very poor, I expected better, not worth the £100.00 extra. Overall I am happy.

BP Chargemaster need to keep up to date with any changes to paperwork etc. e,g, change to Registration document.

Whole process took far too long . When I phoned I was never able to speak to my sales adviser and no one else would deal with my enquiries, despite the fact that they could all see the details on the system.

Organising this installation was very problematic and took over three months. The staff arranging the installation do not appear to understand the technical constraints. I also had problems with my calls not being returned. The installer was brilliant.

No problem once we arrive at the installation date and the installation, but getting there is a nightmare !!!

I now have my charger installed and are very happy with it and the install. The only issue I feel I had was the time it took to get to that point. BP Chargemaster understandably are very busy but for every call I made I could never get through and for every email I wrote I didn't receive and answer for for at least 4- 5 days and some times more than a week. This was frustrating and needs attention.
