It was unfortunate that the initial contractor could not attend as he did not have a "box" in stock, so we had a weeks' delay. The next contractor was efficient, arrived on time and got the job done . It seems to work fine. He appreciated the extra photos I sent, he said only four was often no use to him. We had a number of fuse and supply boxes as the house is older.Good work thank you.

Very quick installation Over the past 2 months, I have had to reset the charge master from the mains as it would not charge the car. Would recommend

Well informed on times and dates. The electricians as clean and tidy. The only thing that was wrong was we needed a earthing rod, which the electrician said we should of been told as the company knew it was going on a outside wall. Apparently it against rules and regs to not have one.

Brought the tethered unit and very pleased. I can’t get the schedule function to work though, as the car thinks there has been a power cut.

Charger is good. App for charger is hit or miss. If you put it on the timer toss a coin and hope it works.

The sales team explained everything clearly, although we had a delay due to needing work to our power supply. Their engineer explained what was needed and was very helpful, quickly returning to install the charging unit after other work was completed.

Good installation. I had some issues with some communication that didn't get passed on. Resulted in not having the charger until a couple of weeks after I got my car. Has been fully functioning.

Good service and all round installation. Came out to test a d check fault promptly. Had a couple of contact issues with getting initial unit fitted.

Home installation of the BP Chargemaster was good. tidy installation, plenty of information for me to prepare for the engineer coming. engineer was clear in communicating everything that was going to happen and got me involved with decisions. good installation. only downside is the app. I am still looking for information on this, I might have been expecting it to do more.
