The charge point is easy to use but I get duplicate readings when I check usage. For example it will show I have charged my car for x no of hours on a date plus what the costs are. Directly following there will be an identical figure both in units used and the fee but NO minutes on charge.

Equipment and installation process excellent. However, complete lack of any mobile phone signal renders my device "dumb" rather than smart. App of no use whatsoever in these circumstances as no data is collected. A great pity. Please lobby the government to do more to give rural areas a network of some sort. We are being left behind!

The installation was quite stressful as it was unclear for a while whether or not it could be achieved The system has failed a couple of times since and has had to be isolated to reset it How ever in general it is a great investment and a worthwhile venture

The installer guy was very helpful and efficient. There are some bugs in the SmartCharge app, meaning my tracking data is flawed. (I have lots of 0-minute charges with significant £-costs attached to them).

The process from ordering to fitting was very good and help was given when required. Now the charge point has been fitted for several weeks i am experiencing issues with it not connecting to the server so i cant record how much electricity is actually being used. Other than that i am very satisfied with the whole experience.

The installation took a long time to happen (seven weeks). The admin arrangements seemed a bit chaotic (messages to incorrect emails, urgent agreement signatures, etc.) I don't think this was the staff's fault, they were always very courteous, polite and apologetic. The engineer (Matt) was excellent, did a site visit and confirmed my home electical system was fine). He also did the installation. So, overall, nice staff, great engineer - Chargemaster admin needs improving.

Call centre staff helpful. Installer very professional. However, installer had to install an earth rod which i was not informed of prior to the installation. Fortunately an area of ground was available. Actual product easy to use but still not received information on how to communicate with it via an app.

My manager was not very good he was leaving so obviously not interested. Alan who installed it was brilliant. On time quick neat and explained everything very well. What service should be but so often isn’t.
