“The kits itself is good and works well. The installation is also good. However during the installation the workman did damage some interal walls and chipped my porcelain cistern on the toilet.”

“The installation went well and the workmanship was of a high standard. I have however, had problems setting up the App on my I-phone and believe that it does not work with the Safari browser on Apple devices. Surely this should not be the case.”

“The first person assigned to arranging the installation of our unit was rude, didn't respond to emails and was generally a hindrence to getting the job done. Once he had apparently moved on things moved swiftly, communication was great and the unit was installed with no issues. We're now able to charge our car at home & begin cutting our petrol useage.”

“After a poor start at initial booking when the emphasis was not on customer needs the service thereafter was excellent. BP were the only company who worked within the range of grant funding available and soon rectified the customer service issue with good advice and telephone support. Installation was exactly as described on time and well explained overall a 'good experience' and excellent value.”

“It's more than a month since your engineer installed the service. No complaints about his work, nor any problem after installation of socket on my drive-way. Regarding handling the application/case through phone, it was OK generally.”
