The wallbox was installed yesterday by Mike Becket. This engineer was very competent and tidy and carried out all the necessary checks, cleaning up as he moved about. I got proper installation certificates but was surprised to receive no instruction manual. I did not, at that time, know about the 'App' but have not been able to complete installation of it on my smartphone as a dialogue box said my email address was invalid. I emailed Chargemaster's customer service address but am not hopeful of receiving any help. I will use my car's (Nissan Leaf 2019) charge timing facility. The processes up to the actual installation were completed satisfactorily. If it was not for the apparent indifference regarding the BP Chargemaster App I would have given 5 stars. I've charged the car only once so far and that worked fine.

The equipment is good but not the neatest of installations. Unfortunately I was not present when it was wired and positioned. The cable leading to the charger unit slightly covers an air vent, At the meter end entering the house only one clip secures this to the wall. I suspect the installing electrician was looking to use as little materials as possible rather than providing the neatest job.

Relatively smooth experience. The charge point installer was very good. It would be 5 stars if not for the confusion around booking the installation which led to missing the original date. Re-scheduling was straightforward, luckily.

The admin side was ok, would have probably given that 3 stars, but Joe, the installation guy, was excellent and delivered a five star service.

The installation itself was very smooth and efficient - very personable engineer! The lead-up steps (photos, communication with the office etc) were a bit laboured. I wondered whether an early site visit might have been as quick.

Hello BPChargemaster I have given you a 4 star review and here's why. The ordering process is extremely long winded and I'm sure could be made easier by being able to fill the forms on line and trouble being able to contact the sales consultant once a call is missed 2 stars. Then to the engineers visit superb 5 stars. The worst bit is the app which is appalling doesn't work at all well even though we have a great mobile signal doesn't give total cost to the charge on all events. so overall 4 stars could do better.

The process of getting a charge point fitted turned out to take a few weeks longer than anticipated. Photos and emails were sent and various remedial work needed done to my 70's built house to allow work to proceed. All the employees were very helpful and eventually the work was complete.

Good engineer and very courteous, cables are very obtrusive though. I thought it would be less visible and also I was told I would receive an email for the app which I have not seen yet

Good communication, electrician capable and careful when installing the unit in a period home. We have not tried the unit yet and cannot comment on the charging experience. Thanks.

No ability to buy charging cable from Fitter and as out of stock purchased from 3rd party Issues with registration on line with App
