The staff at BP ChargeMaster were always hugely helpful in navigating me through the process and ensured I was buying the appropriate solution. Installation was smooth and mostly neat and tidy. Since use, one minor glitch which was rectified with a phone call. The mobile app could do with improvement. Particuly having to log in each time is painful and it could be far more intuitive.

The charger works well apart from when the car is set up for timed charging. After this has effected a charge, the charger has to be reset before it will charge again. This involves turning it off at the mains for at least 30 minutes. This is inconvenient and sometimes means we miss being able to charge the battery for a journey. Also I have been unable to access the mobile phone app because of a technical fault with the website. This still has not been resolved after 5weeks.

Initial difficulty in setting up a date to supply and git, otherwise the service offered was good. Engineers who attended to the task were polite and supportive,

Getting the installation organised was hectic and chaotic, however the installation itself was done quickly and professionally. The engineer was helpful and went out of his way to do an excellent job.

A little hiccup on the install, but quickly got resolved and has worked seamlessly every since. I'm still a bit confused about how this works with Polar network and looking forward to the day when their is 1 common infrastructure for charing!!!

The engineer was on time, very efficient and he installed the charging point precisely where required. Polar really need more fast public charging points to the South and West of London, probably nationally. Even with a 250 mile range, journeys need to be planned very carefully.

The initial contact was very poor : slow, with confusing documentation requests. Our house needed a survey, which was done well, but then nothing happened until I chased. Finally, the same fellow who did the survey came and fitted and did a good job. Very happy with the outcome. So, poor back office, good product and fitting is my conclusion.

Essential piece of kit for electric car. One of several providers. Directed to Chargemaster by Nissan. Initially very clear communication. Subsequently became blurred and a little confusing when communication was required with local power network. All communication between network (Western power distribution) and chargemaster needed to go through me when it appeared it would have been easier if they had talked to one another directly. Initial installation date missed as a result. When eventual installation occurred installer was punctual, polite, communicative and tidy - truly excellent.
