installion went well but to put a earth rod in is over the top, can understand if its a PME system but not for a TN-S system.

After initial hiccups upon ordering Charge master came through and delivered the GOODS Overall a good service falling short on customer service unfortunately

My experiences generally are good. Good rapids, growing around the UK, good pricing and reliable. However a few times I have asked questions on twitter without reply. Also, my plastic fob cracked and the charge to replace was £10! I will be interested to hear what the cost of using BP garages to charge will be.

Generally good, though the first person I dealt with did seem to lack in common sense somewhat, so I had to send him things multiple times, to be sure that everything was going to happen as proposed. For example, I made it clear right up front that my "fuse box" was full, but had to remind him of that twice to be sure that an additional one was added to the order. I liked the fact that they appeared to have made note of when I was having an Isolation switch fitted, which allowed them to contact me later and offer an earlier slot due to a cancellation.

Took longer than I expected to get the unit installed, but the engineer Marcus who came initially to survey my property then a second time for the installation was excellent.

All fitted in good time, neat installation, wasn't aware of earth stake requirement until fitter arrived which wasn't an issue for me but if unit was sited above a driveway may be a problem.

The on-site service was excellent: the engineers who came out for the survey and installation were both very capable, helpful and informative. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and neatly. The communication from the administration office was sometimes confusing, but problems were quickly sorted. Thanks!

I wish the charging unit 'Tells' you when the car is fully charged. Surely a flaw in the system. Otherwise every bit worth

Efficient and sensitively done installation. The price seemed competitive too, from a quick look at alternatives. I was disappointed that it took some time to get the job into the system, but that may have been the fault of the garage. I also had to ask for the charge for extra cabling to be reduced, as the initial amount requested was based on a poor estimate by the installer, but that was corrected promptly.

Really happy with the service. Communication wasn't always the best, but the installer turned up ontime (actually a little early) did a very neat installation.

We had a good experience in terms of service, the only gripe was that there was a lead time of several weeks and therefore my chargepoint was installed after we took delivery of our all-electric car!

Would have given 5 stars but switching key easily falls out (have tide a piece of string to it so when it does I do not lose it!).
