Charges very quickly and easy to plug in. Takes seconds to hook up and unplug.

Very happy with everything except the wait time for the installation. The engineer who fitted the charger was most pleasant, courteous and efficient. The telephone and email contacts were conducted professionally.

The whole installation process went smoothly, although the time taken to gather the required information was rather long, so I had the car for a few weeks with only a 13 amp supply.

Some Challenges initially getting info on charger and installation. Installation engineer great, but now where in technical info for customers was it mentioned about earth grounding rods and how it would eventually look! Engineer did best in difficult circumstances. Charging point works well though. After installation, difficulties trying to find how to register charger for data viewing - no info or contact to help.

My sending photos to you was good so you could advise I needed electric upgrade to my garage. You knowing I would not receive my car till March, you could have delayed applying for my OLEV - as it was, I had to reapply when the 6 weeks expired. Days before installation, I was unnerved by a competitor (who coincidentally was installing for my neighbour) suggesting that extra charges for electric kit may be needed. Thank you for reassuring me over the telephone that my payment would cover the installation. All good thanks. Feel free to use photo as you wish.

Although the BP Chargemaster website could be improved and the process of arranging installation could be made more efficient, I was very happy with Glen, my installer, and the 7kW charger that he installed. Recommended.

The installation of our EV charge point was done very professionally. Our only unhappy comment is that we were asked to hire an electrician to make room in our fuse box for the fuse needed for the installation. Having done that at our own expense, we then found out from the BP Chargemaster installer that this change was unnecessary as he did not need this 'freed-up' fuse space. All his installations were placed on the wall around the fuse box.

I was annoyed that Chargemaster cancelled my first appointment and did not bother letting me know. When they did attend, the engineer did a very good job.

Once the appointment had been made, everything went without a problem. The fitter was efficient and friendly, and the charging unit is easy to use. The only problems came in making the appointment which involved multiple calls and what appeared to be a great deal of confusion in the call centre. But now that’s behind us, all is well.

All going well so far. Very happy with my Zoe and charging very simple. Renault ‘free install’ good package and Chargemaster installation technicians very quick and efficient. Only negative was a major confusion over installation dates.
