Helpful advisor. Fairly easy process to sort out. Fitter was very good. Finished installation works perfectly, although there is a lot more external pipework on show than we had imagined! Overall, a good experience.

Chargemaster were very efficient at installation but the reason I have only given 4 stars is because the app is rubbish!

It was generally very good from start to fitted finish, but the bureaucracy associated with the grant was tedious. I guess that is imposed on Chargemaster?

Early days, only used a couple of times so far, no issues with actual unit. The app is not so good, drop outs, non acceptance of passwords, have to reregister/reboot, needs serious tweak/update stability.

Easy installation but would have liked the EV switch to have been put in a secure box on wall instead of one that anyone can open. Charger failed after one days use had to reboot it to get it worker lets hope thsi does not happen again.

The people I dealt with on the phone kept calling me and asking me to photograph different things, they also expected me to know things I had no way of finding out - they told me to ring my electric company to find the answers, the electrical company told me it wasn't up to me to chase the information it was up to Chargemaster to call them and ask about the details of my electrical system. Having said that, which was very disappointing, the young man who finally came to fit it did a superb job. Joe. He was polite, tidy, asked several times if we had questions, when I did he answered them thoroughly. Excellent. He alone bumped up my score for the company.

Installation was slightly troublesome - new regulations required dismantling a driveway to install an earth bonding spike. Nothing was pre-notified about this need, and it caused issues on the day. Forewarned is forearmed, but that was not the case.

I found the actual booking process through the call centre rather clumsy. Although the call centre staff were polite and cheery, and relayed information, follow up calls were slightly confusing and it wasn’t really all clear if the installation would be within limits. The electrician on the day was great. Alan worked really hard to make the installation neat, tidy and came up with great solutions to cause as little issues as possible. Overall a worthwhile investment and all was done well in the end.

The actual installation was well executed. Some of the initial conversations proved disjointed and seemed to show a detailed lack of knowledge on occasions. Staff were however always polite and clearly were trying to help.

The installation was well done but it ceased to charge a few days later. I called the Jaguar help line and they attended, were helpful but did not cure the problem. In the end I may have fixed it by closing everything down and restarting the system. OK now, but not without problems.
